that has changed! This course not only covers the
basics of the various vitamins and minerals but
also outlines the important issues of solubility,
absorption and bioavailability of the THREE GENERATIONS
of vitamin and mineral supplements now available.
We will also Discuss their history, how to interpret
Vitamin & Mineral Labels, and evaluate vitamin
& mineral Ingredients to make valid comparisons.
With almost 5000 thousand nutritional companies
to choose from, an important added section to this
course will provide information on how to more readily
discern nutritional fact from aggressive and sometimes
misleading marketing practices when it comes to
choosing a specific vitamin and mineral supplement.
