Course
Overview
“You are just making expensive urine” has
unfortunately been truer than we realized. However,
that has changed! This course not only covers the basics
of the various vitamins and minerals but also outlines
the important issues of solubility, absorption and bioavailability
of the THREE GENERATIONS of vitamin and mineral supplements
now available. With almost 5000 thousand nutritional
companies to choose from, an important added section
to this course will provide information on how to more
readily discern nutritional fact from aggressive and
sometimes misleading marketing practices when it comes
to choosing a specific vitamin and mineral supplement.
Courses
may also be purchased individually without CE credits
