The practioner will learn the importance of good nutrition
in a total wellness plan. They will learn about ‘health
promoting’ foods and how to use natural energy
producing 'booster foods'.
Objectives:

(NANP) has reviewed the submitted seminars and has approved
HealthPro VT as a CEU provider, effective July 1, 2008
through June 30, 2011. Foundations of Whole Nutrition
now qualifies for 2.75 CEU Credits as NANP Category
I CEUs on a one (1) contact hour to one (1) continuing
education unit equivalency.

Edward Bauman, M.Ed., Ph.D.
Dr.
Bauman received his Masters in Education from the University
of Massachusetts and Ph.D. in Health Education from
the University of New Mexico. He is the director of
Bauman College: Holistic Nutrition & Culinary
Arts with distance learning and class room
programs in Berkeley, Penngrove and Santa Cruz, CA and
Boulder, CO. Dr. Bauman has been a ground breaking leader
and author in the field of whole food nutrition for
the past 35 years. He developed the Eating for
HealthTM nutrition model, an effective way
to promote optimal health, address life changing illness
and discover the joy of eating fresh, local, seasonal,
organic, natural foods.
Dr. Bauman is the author of Eating for Health: A Guide
to Optimum Health and Vitality, The Recipes and Remedies
for Rejuvenation Cookbook, and Controlling Cancer in
